I was most struck by two facts: the first being that we are preparing students for jobs, technologies, and problems that don’t yet exist and the second being that information for a technical degree becomes outdated so quickly.
These are both reasons why it is so important to continually be learning and advancing your professional skills vs. “mastering” one way of doing something or one piece of software.
