  • Show Don’t Tell: Drawing & Design: This online workshop for visual communication beginners will be taught by Karl Gude, Information Graphics and Visual Communication Professor at the School of Journalism at Michigan State University. The workshop takes place October 27 and lasts one hour.
  • Presenting Data and Information: A One-Day Course Taught by Edward Tufte: This course is being offered on select dates from October to December in Chicago, Minneapolis, Boston, San Francisco, and San Jose. Some of what’s covered in one day: fundamental strategies of analytical design, evaluating evidence used in presentations, effective presentations on paper and in person, and interface design.
